Most initial deployments go live within 4–6 weeks of signing. Simpler use cases (single-agent, standard integrations) can be deployed in as little as 2 weeks. Complex enterprise rollouts typically take 8–12 weeks.
Do you work with companies outside the UAE?
Absolutely. While we're headquartered in Ajman Free Zone, we deploy infrastructure globally. We have clients and edge nodes across the GCC, South Asia, and Europe. UAE data residency is available for compliance-sensitive deployments.
Can I use my existing AI models with your platform?
Yes. SynthCore™ is model-agnostic and supports any PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, or HuggingFace-compatible model. We can also wrap proprietary APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere) within our infrastructure layer.
What compliance standards do you support?
We're built to support UAE PDPL (Personal Data Protection Law), GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 Type II requirements. Every deployment includes full audit logging and can be configured for your specific regulatory environment.
Is there a minimum contract length?
No long-term lock-in. Our Launch and Scale tiers are monthly. Command tier engagements are typically annual for infrastructure planning purposes, but we offer 90-day exit clauses.
